Arlene’s fitness journey didn’t truly begin until after her 50th birthday. During an extremely challenging part of her life, Arlene developed an intense passion for fitness and competing. After seeing the positive effect it had on her body and mind, Arlene felt inspired to help as many people as she possibly could, feel just as great as she did.
Arlene believes that fitness does more than just improve the body physically, it also has the ability to completely mentally transform you. Fitness can help give purpose, confidence and an incredible passion for life. Her goal is to show women and men of all ages, that it is never too late to change your life, get active and begin a healthy lifestyle.

MARK CHERRY: CO-OWNER / HEAD COACH
As a lifelong athlete, Mark learned the importance of health and fitness at an incredibly young age. As a nationally ranked swimmer, soccer player, college football Player, and Bodybuilder, Mark quickly learned that it takes constant action, dedication and well-rounded nutrition to keep the body running and in optimal health in order to reach your fitness and competitive goals. Maintaining these healthy habits ultimately inspired Mark to return with a passion to a career in health and fitness.
Mark has been certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine in MMA Conditioning, Sports and athletic conditioning, and fitness nutrition. He is an expert at creating tailored fitness programs that have been designed to get you maximum results in a safe manner. After recently recovering from hip replacement and shoulder reconstruction, Mark is excited to dive back into training full-time and is hoping to inspire people in similar circumstances to his own that it’s never too late to get in shape.
